“Michele is such a blessing. She is so calm and patient with our Bear. Very punctual and professional. We’ve been clients since we first met her at PetSmart. So she’s been grooming our maltipoo since he was a puppy and now he’s 6 years old! Had a bad experience with a groomer once and was scared to ever bring him back to PetSmart until we met Michele. “We got our dog, Elsa, in August 2020 and she is an anxious dog. I’ve tried many times to take her to local groomers however when we picked her up we were told there was very minimal they could do due to her behaviors. So we decided to try home/mobile grooming to see if being in her home would help. Michele is great to communicate with about scheduling and Elsa’s needs. I was very nervous more for Michele that Elsa would be a terror but Michele is professional and caring and worked on getting Elsa to know that she is a good person and grooming can be a good experience!

On Michele’s first session she was able to groom Elsa and complete the deshedding process! Michele really took time with Elsa and got to know her and knew when to stop! On the second session, Michele was able to trim Elsa’s paws! Which we so desperately needed!
